Started out well. Then service quality dropped. Had different cleaners, some were better than others. The worst one spends 5 minutes, cleaning, if that, and leaves. Pool was cloudy, as he didn't put in chemicals, for quite some time. I fired them and was chewed out by the owner, for it! I should have read the reviews before hiring them in the first place. Hired a new company.

I have had a number of issues with Pool Aide. If I am lucky they come by and vacuum but they do not change the filters so the in pool cleaning does not work. I have had my tech quit and no one come until I called and they then assigned someone else. I called this week to ask that they change the filter because it is so clogged and this was after asking them to check the pool two weeks ago. They chose to terminate Immediately because they do not have enough staff to clean the pool appropriately. They do have enough staff to bill me just not actually maintain the pool. Try someone else, they can not be any worse than Pool Aide.

Called for a simple repair. They scheduled twice to fix it then cancelled both times. Excuse was that they had higher priority clients that needed immediate attention. That is just not right.

I have a custom well-like water fountain which is the centerpiece of my backyard. When the pump broke, John came out to advise me on the repair. Unfortunately, the folks who did the original construction took some short cuts which make replacement of the pump nearly impossible. As the right repair steps would require digging up my property & patio, and maybe part of my deck, John suggested I take a look at solar pumps and discussed a variety of options. I appreciate the honesty & integrity that John showed by not doing a quick fix-up that might not be safe & would not last.
